Plagiarism, cheating, and other forms of academic dishonesty are serious offenses. Dishonesty in written work will result in a grade of F in the course. In addition, dishonesty is adequate cause for disciplinary action by the Office of the Dean of Academic Affairs. See the section on "Academic Honesty" in the Student Handbook. If you are unsure of how to properly cite information (or whether or not you should cite it), ASK. Ultimately, recognizing and avoiding any form of academic dishonesty is your responsibility. Academic dishonesty (whether intentional or unintentional) is grounds for failure in this class.
