SMH Online (http://bcs.bedfordstmartins.com/smhandbook/): Go to the SMH web site; scroll down to “Other Resources” and click on “The St. Martin’s Tutorial on Avoiding Plagiarism.” Under student resources, click on Introduction. Read “Introduction” and “Managing a Project” (note: there are no exercises to be submitted in this section). Text Course Review writing prompts (posted at http://eng112.cundrie.com/rd/rd1.html). Using the writing prompts, blog a response (meaning write a response and publish it via your blog). List the citation information for this reading at the beginning of your blog (see the SMH section on MLA / Works Cited entries for more information; don't get too caught up with the technical aspects yet. For this assignment, focus more on the content of your response, but do make an attempt at the correct citation). |
